We don’t usually repost what’s on our social media on our website. However, we thought this might be an exception.
As part of our standard client care procedure, we run weekly reviews of all our clients’ matters, irrespective of whether there was any activity the past week or if there is going to be any activity the coming week. With the help of our legal practice management system this process is fairly efficient. Efficient enough that we can spend some time on cakes and coffee. Rest assured, it is the clients’ matter that is the main focus.
For members of the law firm who cannot attend in person, they do so via our video conferencing set-up. We have had situations when the lawyers are traveling or have young ones who need looking after at home.
All these so that our clients can be assured that their matters are never far from the minds of our lawyers and support staff.
