Dog Licences Under para 3(1) of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules, no person can keep a dog over 3 months old without a licence. The licence is issued by the Centre for Animal Welfare and Control (CAWC) under the Agri-food and Veterinary Authority. Each address cannot have more than 3 dogs.…
